I’m Peter Barnat, proud owner of Glass Eye Home Inspections.

I had seen a lot of people jump straight into buying a house without really knowing the history or backstory of the place. As I knew a lot of these people, I started Glass Eye Home Inspections to help them make educated decisions when purchasing homes based on my inspections. I have been building homes and remodel older ones for two decades now and figured I should share my knowledge about homes with others.

Owning my own business allows me to spend time doing what I love, building homes, and at the same time helping others when they are purchasing them.

Seeing the joy on people’s faces after I have assisted them in some aspect or the other, is the most satisfying moment for me. It’s rewarding to help someone make an informed decision based on the facts I provide when purchasing their new home.

My business philosophy is to always be honest and do the best I can. As an individual, I believe my honesty sets me apart from the others. My desire to keep learning and having a passion for what I do has played a vital role in my success so far.

When I am not at work, I enjoy being outdoors. I love fishing with my kids and riding our bikes together.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
